Shri Santosh S. Vora is the Managing Director of our company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with specialization in Financial Markets from University of Mumbai has also completed the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Family Business from The Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He has experience of over 8 years in Chemical & Pharmaceutical industry. He looks after overall management of the company and plays a key role in the various growth initiatives of the company. He specializes in development of new products and getting new chemistries in the company also looks after process optimization. In addition to the technical acumen, he possesses a key understanding of financial and commercial aspects of pharma and chemical industry.

Shri Paresh S. Shah is an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from University of Bombay. He has also been awarded the degree of Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University in 1983. He has experience of over 35 years in the Chemical industry. He looks after the factory operations and legal matters of our Company. He is responsible for looking after the financial activities of the company including budgeting and forecasting, working capital requirement, project financing.

Shantilal S. Vora is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He has an experience of over 45 years in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. He specializes in developing new markets and customers for the products and has vast experience of handling the sales & marketing of bulk drugs. Key area of his expertise includes handling the commercial functions encompassing purchases, local sales and export. He specializes in developing new markets and customers for new business segments of the company.

Shri Sandeep Gupta is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He is a Chemical engineer with masters in polymer science and completed his engineering from Lehigh University (USA). He has more than 25 years of experience in the Chemical industry. His experience spans across Business development, operational excellence, statutory compliances, Engineering and Market research.

Smt. Sonal A. Vira is an Independent Director of our Company. She is a Commerce graduate from University of Mumbai and Chartered Accountant from ICAI. She has experience of over 14 years in Corporate Banking having handled clients across the entire spectrum of the market from large domestic conglomerates to MNCs and mid-market companies. Skills include a sound understanding of financial analysis and credit evaluation techniques and hands on experience in Relationship Management, Credit Appraisal, Product Development and Promotions.

Shri Velji K. Gogri is an Independent Director of our Company. He is Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT Mumbai). He has experience of more than 45 years in the Chemical Industry establishing Bulk drugs, intermediate and fine chemicals manufacturing units and handling different chemical processes, equipment and safe handling of chemicals.
